  • Hints to complete the quest must be highlighted to be seen!
  • Start this quest by talking to Councilor Halgrive, who can be found near E Ardougne's Adventurer's Store.  He will ask you to help kill some sheep infected with the mysterious plague that has taken control of W Ardougne.  He will give you a sack of poisoned feed (Poisoned Feed) and tells you to herd the sheep to a farm N of Ardougne, give the sheep the poisoned feed, then burn the bones in the furnace on the farm.  He also tells you to see Doctor Orbon to obtain a protective suit to prevent you from being infected.
  • The Suit: You can find Doctor Orbon wandering around inside E Ardougne's Church.  He will sell you a set of protective clothes (a jacket (Protective Jacket) and trousers (Protective Trousers)) for 100gp.

  • Find and Move the Sheep: The only way to move the sheep is with a cattle prod (Cattle Prod).  Go north to see Farmer Brumpty, and in his house you will find the prod.  There are 4 sheep to find, each has a # 1 - 4.  Bring them all to the pen on the farmer's land.  Sheep numbers 1 and 2 can be found just N of the portion of the city to the E of the river.  Sheep number 3 can be found NW of the farm where you must kill the sheep.  Sheep number 4 can be found in Ardougne on the W bank of the river.

  • Kill the Sheep: Once the sheep are all in the pen, feed them the poisoned feed.  Now collect the bones and burn them in the furnace.

  • Get the Reward: Talk to Halgrive after burning the sheep's' bones.

  • Reward: 4 Quest Points; 3100gp; Protective Clothing
