- Start this quest by talking to the pirate (Redbeard Frank) in the bar in Port Sarim. He agrees to tell you the location of a treasure if you get him some Karamja Rum.

Get the Rum: Go talk to Captain Tobias. Tell him you want to go to Karamja Isle (it costs 30 gp to go). When you get to the island, go buy a rum (
)
from the bartender
(costs 30 gp) (Warning: Karamja Rum cannot be in your inventory when you
leave the isle, it will be taken from you). Then talk to Luthas and say that you would like to put bananas
(
) in the crate
(
)
for him (he will pay you 30 gp). This is
how you smuggle out the rum. Go pick bananas from the trees near his
house. Then put the rum into the crate along with the bananas.
After filling the crate, ask Luthas where it is going.
He tells you it
is going to a food shop in Port Sarim. Go back to Port Sarim by
talking to one of the customs people on the dock (costs 30 gp). Go to
the shop to get the crate. There is only one problem. It is
located in the locked back room that is for store workers only. To get
in there and get the rum, go buy a white apron (
), then ask the food store
owner for a job. He will let you go into the room, where you can
search the crate for the rum. -
Get the Treasure: Take the bottle of rum back to Redbeard Frank. He'll drink the rum, then give you the location and the key (
)
to a chest (
).
It can be found in the
upper floor of the inn/pub across the street from the Varrock sword
shop. Search the chest to get directions to where the real treasure is
buried. You will need a spade (
)
to get the treasure. Go to the
Falador park and dig behind the southernmost bench. If Wyson the
Gardener (.gif)
)
sees you digging, he will attack you. Kill him, then dig up
the treasure. - Reward: 450 gp, 2 Quest Points, 1 cut emerald (
